Reconnection Certificate

  • DISCONNECTED ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

Systems which have been disconnected for longer than 6 months require an Electro-Technical Council of Ireland (ETCI) completion certificate to reconnect to the electrical network.

  • FULL PACKAGE

We provide an end to end service package to facilitate reconnection. This involves full testing of existing electrical installations, a comprehensive report on existing functionality and where necessary a full Upgrade Plan outlining pricing and timelines on the remedial works required to secure certification.

Electrical Periodic Inspection

Electrical installations deteriorate with age and use. System failures cost time and money and can jeopardise the safety of your team and buildings. Periodic Electrical Inspections are proactive, designed to identify and rectify electrical defaults before they become a problem. Call M&C Doyle Electrical today to ensure that your electrical installations are compliant with regulations, and more importantly, safe for your business and staff.

PAT Testing

Portable Application Test (PAT) is a mandatory electrical test to ensure all commercial properties are compliant with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) regulations, SI299, 2007. Our team of electricians quickly and effectively carry out PAT testing in all sized properties, providing test records and results, and scheduling the next test due date, call MC Doyle Electrical to ensure you are compliant with these regulations.

Emergency Lighting Testing & Inspection (EML)

Emergency Lighting is a general term and is divided into emergency escape lighting and standby lighting. Both require a regular test and inspection to comply with regulations . This service can be arranged at your convenience as full tests (which can last up to 3 hours) may not be possible during normal working hours.

It is recommended that these tests are conducted every 6-12 months and details/outcomes are recorded in your emergency lighting logbook.

Most clients prefer to carry out an initial 3 hour test, following by 3 x quarterly 30 minute checks. Any defects found will be reported and a no obligation quotation provided to repair any faults. These normally are only replacement lighting tubes or batteries.

If you don’t currently have a logbook, we can create one following our first visit which can then be updated on a regular basis.

Why not contact us now for a quick emergency light testing quotation for your organisation.
